Vagenende is the latest jewel in the crown of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, and one of the most beautiful brasseries in Paris. Its recent renovation has breathed new life into the original Art Nouveau decor for which the building is listed on the supplementary inventory of historic monuments. Its many frescos, mirrors and original curved wood trim give it a stylish and glamorous feel. The market-driven regional French cuisine is packed full of real flavors.
