    Set on renowned Hôtel Thoumieux’s main floor, this famed brasserie has been one of the Left Bank’s landmarks since 1923. However traditional in its display, with red velvet bench seats, wooden floor and carved mouldings, the interior has been refurbished to a more contemporary atmosphere. Sylvestre Wahid’s signature menu, on the other hand, is in total harmony with the soul of the place: French classics presented in a clean, crisp fashion. Flawless!
