Situated in the 15th district, this is something new from Père Claude! After the rotisserie, he is now behind his "plancha" grill, manipulating the utensils with vim and vigour and preparing the dishes as we like them; nice and simple. A feast for the eyes, with the meat and poultry on the rotisserie and Père Claude behind the grill. Because that's what made his reputation: no-nonsense, steakhouse cuisine, quality produce and a big helping of generosity.
